Pick Up information

Orders marked for pick up are fulfilled from our NW shop located - 1927 NW Kearney Street, Portland, Or. 97209 during our business hours. Monday - Saturday 10am - 6pm and Sunday 11am - 5pm. We are unable to provide alternative pick up hours outside of regular business hours. We are not responsible nor can we replace orders that are not picked up on their specified fulfillment date.

Delivery Information

We deliver Monday - Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays.

All Portland deliveries are $20 | All Suburb deliveries are $40. If the address is not listed in Portland, it is considered a Suburb address.

Our deliveries leave the studio around noon, generally speaking. Delivery times will depend on how busy the studio is, the location of the delivery and at what time you placed your order. We try our best to deliver as quickly as possible. Sorry, but specific timed delivery is not possible. Our average delivery window is between 12 noon and 4pm, with grace given until 5pm if we are very, very busy.

Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted with proof of purchase within 7 days of purchase, and are issued for store credit only. NO exceptions.

As per Oregon Law, all apothecary items must be trashed if returned. This includes - but is not limited to - perfume, oil, lotions, bath salts, soaps, and nail polish. Unfortunately even if the item is not opened we are still unable to accept a return or exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse any return.

Gift cards are always a great gift and have no expiration date.
